IIM Shillong announces admission for PGPWE- Executive MBA

Admissions for the Post Graduate Program for Working Executives (PGPWE) are now open and the total program fee for the two-year Executive MBA is INR 12,70,000.

Indian Institute of Management Shillong has launched seventh batch of Post Graduate Program for Working Executives (PGPWE), leading to an MBA. Designed for working professionals, this Executive MBA program is for working professionals.

The program requires candidates to have at least three years of work experience after graduation, combined with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent CGPA.

The PG course is flexible blended learning combining live online weekend sessions with in-person campus immersion, enabling professionals to balance work, personal commitments, and academic growth.

Diverse Elective Choices, offering 60+ electives across finance, marketing, operations, HR, information systems, strategy, and liberal studies to customize learning to individual career goals.

Prof. Naliniprava Tripathy, Director I/C, IIM Shillong, stated: “The Executive MBA program is structured to support the learning aspirations of working professionals, enabling them to pursue advanced management education while balancing academic, personal, and professional commitments.
