Indian Institute of Mangement (IIM) Tiruchirappalli has published its audited placement report, confirming participation of 189 recruiters in PGPM programme and 40 companies in PGPM-HR for 2024–25 cycle.
Highest package offered to students of IIM Trichy this year reached ₹43.94 lakh in PGPM programme, while top offer in PGPM-HR stood at ₹33.12 lakh. Average salaries were reported at ₹19.27 lakh for PGPM and ₹17.84 lakh for PGPM-HR. Recruiters from consulting, BFSI, IT, FMCG, energy and operations participated in the process. Some of the popular companies which participated are McKinsey, JP Morgan Chase, Accenture, Godrej and Shell offering roles across strategy, finance, analytics and operations.
Summer internship season also saw strong participation, with more than 150 firms recruiting interns. Highest stipends for summer placement touched ₹3.5 lakh for PGPM and ₹2 lakh in HR programme.
