Karnataka PGCET 2023 Option Entry Delayed; Login at 11 AM on Jan 16

KEA has postponed the start date for Karnataka PGCET option entry under the first seat allotment round. Eligible candidates can participate in the PGCET option entry Karnataka from 11 AM, tomorrow.

Karnataka PGCET Option Entry 2023 Delayed; Login to Fill Options at 11 AM, Tomorrow

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) was to commence the PGCET 2023 option entry process on January 13. However, due to website server maintenance, KEA delayed the option entry commencement. Besides notifying the Karnataka PGCET option entry start date delay, KEA was expected to notify of change in the counselling schedule. However, an update on other dates of Karnataka PGCET first allotment round is awaited. Candidates can expect KEA to share the revised PGCET counselling schedule by tomorrow, January 16.

Candidates will be able to participate in the online option entry for Karnataka PGCET 2023 first allotment round from 11 AM, tomorrow. The official website, cetonline.akranataka.gov.in/kea/pgcet2023, will host the Karnataka PGCET option entry link. Candidates have to select the desired colleges based on their rank. KEA will allot seats in Karnataka PGCET participating colleges based on the cutoff rank decided by the institutes.

Karnataka PGCET Option Entry Process 2023

Candidates who got their documents verified and have valid verification slip are eligible for the Karnataka PGCET option entry process to be held from January 16. Eligible candidates will have to select the desired colleges and course combinations in order of priority during the option entry process. KEA considers the candidate’s preferences while allocating a seat in the Karnataka PGCET seat allotment process.

Soon after the option entry process closes, KEA will release the mock seat allotment results. KEA will facilitate a window to edit options after the mock allotment results have been published. Soon after the option modification window is closed, first round seat allotment results are declared.
