Karnataka PGCET 2025 Choice Filling Deadline Extended

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the last date to complete the PGCET choice filling after the round 1 allotment results. As per the predefined schedule, Karnataka PGCET choice filling window was to be closed on October 7. However, a latest notifiation on the Karnataka PGCET exam website states the deadline to complete the selection of choice as October 9. Candidates can mark their choices until 11 AM, October 9.

Candidates who are considering choice 1 or 2 are required to pay the admission fee as mentioned in the Karnataka PGCET allotment order. The admission fee for round 1 PGCET allotted college can only be paid via challan until 4 PM, October 9. Earlier, candidates had to complete the admission fee payment until October 8.

The reason for the change in the deadline is anticipated to be the difficulties faced by candidates during online fee payment. The official notification for the change of dates also mentioned that there will be no further change in the date for choice filling and fee payment under the first round PGCET counselling.
