KEA will release the PGCET 2025 claim slip today, August 20. The Karnataka PGCET claim slip acts as the verification slip for MBA and MCA admissions.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is set to release the claim slip for Karnataka PGCET 2025 today, August 20. The claim slip will be downloadable from the KEA portal and is required during the admission process.
According to the notification on Karnataka PGCET document verification, only candidates applying under the Ex-Servicemen quota must submit their documents in person at the KEA office, Malleswaram, Bengaluru. These documents can be submitted between 10:30 am and 4:00 pm, on August 22. KEA has stated that failure to submit the required certificates on the given date will lead to disqualification from consideration under the Ex-Servicemen category.
For all other candidates, there is no requirement to submit documents either online or offline at this stage. The claim slip is being generated based on the details provided by candidates during registration. These documents will have to be produced later at the time of reporting to the allotted college.
The claim slip is an essential part of the admission process, as it contains candidate information, category, and eligibility status. It is used for document verification and will be necessary during the seat allotment phase.
The release of the claim slip marks the beginning of the Karnataka PGCET counselling process. However, candidates are still unclear regarding the Karnataka PGCET final results. The provisional results were declared on August 7, and several candidates reported discrepancies in marks and ranks. KEA has not yet issued any clarification or final result, but has proceeded with claim slip notification.
The latest update confirms the next step in the admission process. KEA has made it clear that only Ex-Servicemen quota candidates need to visit the KEA office on August 22, while all other candidates can download their claim slips directly from the official website.
