KEA has started application edit facility for all candidates who applied for Karnataka PGCET exam. Last date to edit Karnataka PGCET form is set as July 27.
Karnataka PGCET form correction facility is available for candidates who took exam. Candidates who applied for PGCET exam can make corrections in application forms. The facility live from July 24 to July 27, 2025. KEA has advised candidates to check all the details in application form before making any corrections. Candidates should also check reservation details, as these will play important role in admission and counselling process.
Candidates who took the Karnataka PGCET 2025 exam on June 22 for MBA and MCA courses had been expecting the results to be declared anytime soon. The PGCET 2025 result is currently awaited. With the application correction window open until July 27, it is now expected that the results will be declared only after this date. PGCET 2025 Document Verification for ME/MTech Candidates
Besides facilitating the form correction window, candidates who applied for ME and M.Tech courses are required to appear for document verification on July 28, 2025, between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm. Candidates have to carry their mark sheets from all semesters/years of their qualifying degree exam.

Karnatka PGCET application process starts around 45 days before the exam date. Candidates are able to fill the online application form for PGCET on the official website only. Offline application forms are not released. Candidates with bachelor's degrees are eligible for MBA admission in Karnataka based on PGCET scores. Karnataka PGCET registration requires the candidates to provide personal, academic, and communication details. Additionally, candidates have to upload documents and pay the application fee. The last date to apply for Karnataka PGCET is released along with the Karnataka PGCET information bulletin.
While hitting the submit button, candidates must ensure they are connected to stable internet. In case of internet connectivitry issue, there are chances that the application form submission didn't go through. However, the application confirmation message can take up to 24 hours after submission of the Karnataka PGCET application form. In case of a longer delay, candidates must contact the KEA help desk or send an email seeking an update on the Karnataka PGCET application status.
KEA will provide the status of the PGCET application form. In case the form is not submitted but the application fee was deducted, candidates can seek refund for the incomplete application fee within 7-14 days.
KEA will assign a rank to the candidates for ME/MTech admissions only after the verification of the documents is complete. Karnataka PGCET ME/MTech rank will also consider the marks obtained in the degree examination as per KEA’s rules. Additionally, candidates seeking admission to M.Arch courses will also be required to submit their PGETA-2025 marksheet.
