Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released PGCET round 3 seat matrix. Candidates can find the course wise Karnataka PGCET final round seats available on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/pgcet2025. KEA has released separate PDF files for MBA, MCA, amd MTech/MArch admissions. Candidates can find the vacancy details and complete the round 2 option entry process until 6 PM, November 6. Candidates are allowed to access as many options as possible. KEA advises candidates to exercise the options for all the desired colleges, irrespective of the vacancy status as seats may increase in colleges after candidates surrender their allotment from the previous rounds.
Candidates can surrender their allotment in person at KEA office. Last date to surrender the allotted seat is November 6, 4 PM.

KEA facilitates the PGCET seat allotment at participating colleges based on the available seats, ranks of the candidate, and cutoff. Candidates will find the Karnataka PGCET round 3 provisional allotment results on November 7. The final allotment results under the Karnataka PGCET round 3 counselling will be out on November 8. Selected candidates have to pay the admission fee before the last date to secure their seat.
Note that the challan copy is a proof of the candidate’s candidature in Karnataka PGCET, hence it is an important document to retain. Candidates must reach out to the concerned bank or KEA for a resolution.
Karnataka PGCET verification slip is downloadable from the official exam website. Candidates have to login to download the PGCET verification slip. PGCET verification slip is required during the counselling process. Candidates who have the Karnataka PGCET verification slip will be allowed to participate in the option entry process.

Karnataka PGCET exam dates and event schedule is released by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). KEA conducts the Karnataka PGCET exam for admission to MBA/MCA, and MTech courses offered by colleges in Karnataka. Besides these courses, candidates aspiring for MArch courses are also required to fill the PGCET form to be considered for the centralised counselling process.
