KEA facilitated a link for Karnataka PGCET 2021 option entry under the Round 2 allotment process on February 4. Today is the last day for choice entry, exercise choices before 6 PM.

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) released the option entry facility under the second round of Karnataka PGCET 2021 counselling. The option entry window was initiated on February 4. Candidates are able to exercise choices before 6 PM today. Based on the options chosen by the candidate, seats available, category, and Karnataka PGCET rank, a seat will be allotted.

Karnataka PGCET second round seat allotment result will be released on February 8. As per the Karnataka PGCET counselling schedule, the release time of the second and final round seat allotment result is set anytime before 6 PM. Candidates can check the Karnataka PGCET seat allotment results using the application form number, also known as the PGCET number.

Along with the Karnataka PGCET second and final round seat allotment results, KEA will release the course-wsie cutoff rank for admission. Karnataka PGCET cutoff list comprises the ranks at which the admission will be closed.

How to Complete Karnataka PGCET 2021 Option Entry?

Candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below to complete the Karnataka PGCET choice entry:

  1. Visit the official website of Karnataka PGCET 2021, that is https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/pgcet21
  2. Click on the link reading β€œPGCET-2021 Second and Final Round Option Entry Link”
  3. Enter the PGCET number and the captcha code appearing on the screen
  4. Click on the β€˜Submit’ button
  5. Choose college and course preferences in the Karnataka PGCET option entry window

Candidates who have been allotted a seat under choice 2 are also required to enter options afresh. The allotted seat in the first round should be their last option. In case the seat is allotted under any of the prioritised choices, the allotted seat in the previous round will be passed on to the next best candidate.
