Several regional news platforms state that KEA will declare the PGCET results once UG degree results are released by universities in Karnataka. This could lead to the declaration of PGCET 2026 results in the first week of August. However, KEA has not confirmed this update. Furthermore, candidates point out that KEA does not consider UG degree scores when allocating a rank, as the Karnataka PGCET rank depends entirely on a candidate's performance in the entrance test.

What after KEA PGCET Result 2026?
KEA will start the Karnataka PGCET counselling process soon after the results are declared. The medical test and document verification for PH and Defence quota candidates have already been completed. Additionally, KEA conducted document verification for ME, MTech, and MArch candidates on July 10.
KEA may or may not conduct physical document verification for unreserved category candidates who have applied for MBA and MCA courses. If past trends are followed, KEA will release claim slips for all candidates who get themselves verified before the start of the option entry process. Last year, the document verification process was done after KEA declared the PGCET exam results.
