MAH MBA CAP 2025 provisional seat allotment

MAH MBA CAP 2025 Round 4 list has been released today at the mahacet.org.in website. The fourth round list contains the status of allotment of seats to remaining candidates. Those selected are eligible for admission. The CAP 2025 Round 4 is the last round of seat allotment for the batch of 2025-2026. After that, MBA/MMS admission through CAP 2025 will be closed. Candidates who have been waiting for seat allotment in this round must accept the admission offer and not wait further.

In the CAP 2025 Round 3, the cut offs for some of the top colleges including JBIMS and SIMSREE has dropped by a few decimals. In Round 4 further drop can be expected.

MBA CAP 2025 Provisional Seat Allotment Status: How to Check?

To check the CAP 2025 provisional seat allotment status, candidates need to login to their MAH CET account. Check below the steps to follow:

  • Open MAH MBA CAP 2025 website: https://mba2025.mahacet.org.in/
  • Click on Institute wise allotment
  • Select college and click on it
  • Download provisional allotment list
  • Login and confirm admission

Candidates who have been allotted seat in the CAP 2025 Round 4 have to confirm admission through login and visit the college to complete admission process between September 2 to September 4, 2025.

The Last date for cancellation of seat with full fees refund is September 11, 2025 and the deadline of completion of all forms of admission for colleges is September 13, 2025.

Q: Β  How to download MAH MBA CET scorecard?
A:

MAH MBA CET result cum scorecard can be downloaded from the mahacet.org website once it is released. The MAH CET scorecard can be downloaded by using login credentials created at the time of exam registration.

  • Open the official website: mahacet.org
  • Click on the 'MBA/MMS-CET' section 
  • Next, click on the 'download scorecard' option
  • Enter your application number and date of birth
  • PDF result containing your name, registration number, MBA CET score and percentile will be displayed
  • Β·Click on download and save your scorecard on the desktop

The MAH CET MBA scorecards will not be sent to any candidate by post. Every candidate will have to download their respective scorecards from the official website when the result is declared. The result is the most important document for MBA admission through MAH CET.

Q: Β  What after MAH MBA CET result?
A:

After the MAH MBA CET result announcement the State CET will conduct common counselling for admission to about 300 colleges in Maharashtra, most likely in July-August. Qualifying candidates will be required to participate in MAH CET counselling for admission to participating MBA colleges in Maharashtra by filling the online counselling form. The MAH MBA CET counselling process will be conducted in two or three rounds and will be based on cut offs. Candidates will be allotted seat in the college of their choice, if they meet the minimum cut off percentile of that college.

The counselling will be held for mainly two categories – Maharashtra State candidates and All India candidates. Separate merit lists will be released for these two categories. To be eligible for MAH CET counselling candidates need to score more than 0 in MBA CET exam.
