Candidates planning to appear for this computer-based entrance exam must complete the online application process by visiting the official website, mba.com. Candidates have to book their NMAT test slots using the exam scheduling window, accessible after the online registration. Candidates can choose their preferred test centre during the registration and scheduling stages. The exam scores are accepted by leading management institutes across India, including SVKM's NMIMS, K J Somaiya Institute of Management, and TAPMI.

NMAT 2026 Registration Last Date

The last date to register for NMAT 2026 is October 10, 2026. Candidates who submit their basic registration form can schedule their examination slots until October 22, 2026. The examination window will take place between November 2, 2026, and December 20, 2026.

Aspirants are permitted up to three attempts during the testing period, which includes the primary attempt and two retakes. The retake registration window opens on November 3, 2026, and closes on December 17, 2026.

NMAT 2026 Registration Fee

The NMAT 2026 registration fee is INR 3,000 plus applicable taxes. There are no category-based concessions, and the same fee applies to all applicants.

Candidates choosing to take an exam retake must pay INR 3,000 plus taxes per retake attempt. If a candidate wishes to reschedule an already booked test slot, an additional fee of INR 1,200 plus taxes applies. The registration fee covers score reporting to five business school programs; selecting additional institutes requires an extra payment of INR 400 plus taxes per program.
