Special OJEE counselling registration 2025 will begin today, i.e. July 28, 2025, for the BTech/BArch/BPlan/BCAT and Integrated MSc courses. Candidates who were allotted ranks in the Special OJEE exam 2025 can participate in the counselling process. The registrations and choice filing window for the OJEE counselling will open on July 28, 2025, at 5 PM. The last date of registration and choice locking is August 1, 2025, 11:59 PM. Students who have qualified the OJEE 2025 exam and JEE Main (as applicable) can visit the official Odisha JEE website, i.e. www.ojee.nic.in, for counselling registrations. How to Register for Special OJEE Counselling Process 2025?

Check out the steps mentioned below to know how to register for the OJEE 2025 counselling:

  • Visit the official website of OJEE
  • Click on 'Counselling for (course name) courses' on the homepage
  • Click on the 'New Candidate Registration' button on the bottom of the page
  • Fill in the Application Number and Password
  • Click on the 'Sign In' button
  • Fill in the rest of the details in the OJEE counselling registration forms, such as course, ranks, marks, documents for educational qualification, category, and family income certificate as well as bank details for fee payment
  • Select the qualifying exam and proceed to the OJEE counselling fee payment
  • Students can pay the counselling fee online using a credit card, debit card, internet banking or net banking
Q:   What is the fee for OJEE counselling?
A:
The OJEE counselling process will be conducted for admission into different courses in the Odisha state. Students will have to fill the online application form in which they have to fill the college or courses of their choice. Candidates who wish to take part in the OJEE counselling process, need to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 450. Along with this, students will have to present original documents at the time of document verification at the nodal centers. Candidates will be allotted the seats provisionally and courses at first round of counselling. After the final seat allotment, students will have to pay the part admission fee of 10,000 or INR 5,000, based on the category online.
Q:   What is the eligibility criteria for OJEE counselling?
A:

Students who wish to participate in the OJEE counselling must fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria. 1. Candidate must have completed at least 17 years of age 2. Candidates who wish to participate in BAMS/BHMS counselling must have qualified in NEET (UG) with a valid rank 3. Candidates' parents should be a native of Odisha state. 4. Candidates have to present the Resident/Nativity Certificate during document verification 5. Candidate must have scored 50% aggregate in Physics Chemistry and Biology in Class 12 for General category candidates. The minimum aggregate for SC/ST is 40%. 6. Also, the candidates must have passed English Physics Chemistry and Biology subjects individually.

Q:   Will OJEE scores be accepted for Odisha NEET Counselling?
A:

No, admissions to medical, dental, AYUSH and allied courses in Odisha are done on the basis of NEET scores only. Scores of OJEE or the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) will not be considered for medical or allied course admission. Hence, candidates seeking admission to medical and allied courses in the state of Odisha must have appeared, or plan to appear for NEET and qualify for the exam as well. Admission to Odisha NEET counselling will be done for 85 per cent state quota seats and is conducted by OJEE Counselling Committee.
