Tata Institute of Social Sciences has begun the online assessment rounds for the shortlisted candidates from today. Candidates who qualified TISSNET 2022 exam must appear for the online assessment rounds for final admission to TISS. Shortlisted candidates were informed via mail/SMS about the date and time of the online assessment. The link for zoom meeting is being updated two days prior to the given date for assessment.
TISSNET 2022 Online Assessment Process
The online assessment is conducted for a duration of 20-30 minutes by three-panel members. The rounds are conducted to assess the candidate’s interest and suitability for the chosen programme. The OA is divided into two components:
1. Extempore reflection on a given topic
Panel members will give a topic relevant to the chosen programme. Candidates must present their reflection on the same for the duration of two to three minutes. Candidates will have the option of choosing another topic in case they are not comfortable with the first topic. There will be no third choice.
2. Online Personal Interview (OPI)
The panel members will interact with the aspirant to assess his/her motivation, ability, interest, preparedness and basic knowledge of the undergraduate studies. Through OPI candidate’s understanding of economic and social reforms will also be assessed.
