XAT 2025 cut off percentiles for MBA Business Management and MBA Human Resource Management have been released. The XAT cut offs have been released for four categories – engineering, non-engineering, male and female candidates. Like every year, XAT cut offs for female candidates are 5 percentile lower that male candidates. A conscious decision on part of the institute, this initiative highlights XLRI’s ongoing mission to promote greater gender diversity and ensure equitable opportunities for women in Indian business and management roles. The move is designed to cultivate a more representative learning environment, ultimately contributing to the formation of inclusive workspaces and progressive leadership models, says the official notification on XAT 2025 cut offs release.

Professor Rahul Shukla, Convenor, XAT 2025 and Admissions shares, “XLRI believes in the transformative power of diversity and inclusivity. By lowering the cutoffs for female candidates, we seek to create a more balanced and representative learning environment that aligns with our vision of a progressive and inclusive society.”

XAT 2025 exam was held on January 5 and the result was announced on January 17, 2025. XLRI will released the WAT-PI shortlist soon. Candidates who will receive the calls will be required to fill an online form to select interview city and slot. XLRI is expected to screen 4000-4500 candidates for admission.
