XIM University has extended the last date to fill MBA admission form for XIM University admissions. Registrations based on XGMT exam is now closed. Candidates can apply for XIMB MBA admission until January 20.
XIM University MBA Registration Last Date Extended to January 20; XGMT-based Application Process Concluded
XIM University invites applications for MBA admissions based on several national level entrance exams, including CAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, GMAT, etc. Candidates who do not have a valid score in any of the national level exams can apply for XGMT exam for admission into XIM University. XIM University, Bhubaneswar, has extended the last date to fill MBA application form for candidates who wish to apply via entrance exams other than XGMT. Registrations based on XGMT 2026 exam are not closed.
With the latest extension in the registration deadline, XIM University has also notified about concluding the XGMT 2026-based registrations.
XIMB MBA Eligibility Criteria
Check XIM University MBA eligibility conditions below:
- Candidates should have completed a three-year bachelor’s degree from a recognised institute.
- Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 55 per cent in a bachelor's degree course.
- Final-year degree students are also eligible to apply. However, such candidates must obtain the degree by June 15, 2026.
XIM University MBA Admission: Accepted Entrance Exams
XIM University offers MBA admission based on the following entrance exams:
- CAT
- XAT
- GMAT
- XGMT
- NMAT
The registration for MBA admission based on XGMT concluded on January 10. Candidates who have completed XGMT 2026 registration will find the admit card download link on January 20. XIM University will conduct XGMT 2026 exam on January 25. The registration window for admission based on CAT/XAT/GMAT will close on January 20. XIM University will release PI shortlist for all candidates on the same day, irrespective of their entrance exam.

Candidates can get admission at the XIM University for the BA LLB (Hons) programme. Course-specific eligibility criteria have to be met by the applicant who wishes to get into the BA LLB. The application submission can be done on the official website, and admission is based on entrance scores, which must be valid. The candidate should have passed Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate. The applications are first shortlisted, after which the 'Admission Committee will verify the uploaded documents. The confirmations of admission are notified to the shortlisted candidates through an email.
Candidates need to upload copies of photo and signature while filling the XGMT application form. Photo and signature will be printed on the XGMT admit card.
