XLRI ExPGDM 2021-22 batch gets 100% placement; Highest package is INR 44,74,100.00

The placement drive for XLRI's 15-month flagship MBA programme for the 2021-22 cohort was a resounding success with 100% placements achieved. 

As per the XLRI's placement report for ExPGDM 2021-22 batch, out of the total 114 students of the batch, 112 opted for the placement process and they all got stellar placements.

Various interesting roles were offered to the class of 2022 including Senior Manager, Senior Consultant, Program Manager, Product Manager, Business Portfolio Owner, Global Engagement Manager, Solution Architect, and Business Development Manager. XLRI ExPGDM 2021-22 batch's placement details

The top five recruiters were - Accenture, Bain and Co, Deloitte, Ericsson, and Jio. The average age of the students was 28 years and the average work experience was 71 months. The total number of male students who got placement were 70 and female were 44.

The highest salary offered is INR 44,74,100.00, and median salary is INR 26,00,000.00, average salary of top 10% is INR 34,23,882.00, average salary of top 25% is INR 32,49,257.00, and average salary of top 50% is 30,04,901.00.

The highest placement was provided in the IT/ITES sector, followed by consulting, telecom, BFSI, FMCG, and media and entertainment.
