All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has released the roll number-wise list of qualified candidates on the official website. Students who have appeared for the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) held on February 26 to 28, 2025 can now check their results and download AIIMS CRE result pdf 2025 to know their qualifying status.
Students who have scored over and above the AIIMS CRE result cutoff have been named in the list of qualifying candidates. Details such as roll number, category and gender of the qualifying candidates can be checked online at aiimsexams.ac.in results. The authorities have notified that the AIIMS CRE 2025 result has been announced based on online registration and claim as an ex-serviceman without prior screening. The examination was held for positions of Data Entry Operation (Grade A), Junior Administrative Assistant, Lower Division Clerk, Senior Administrative Assistant, UDC, Upper Division Clerk, Electrician, Lineman (Electrical), Wireman and other positions.
The authorities have announced that the AIIMS CRE 2025 result is provisional in nature and if any candidate is found to be ineligible during the recruitment process will be disqualified from the process immediately.

The answer will be both yes and no. Getting into AIIMS Delhi without NEET is possible if applying for courses such as BSc, MSc, PB BSc Nursing, MD, MS, DM and MCh, among various others, apart from MBBS. Admission to all these courses is either subject to an institute-specific entrance exam or INICET.
However, if the ultimate objective is to crack AIIMS New Delhi for MBBS, a student has to go through the NEET UG entrance exam followed by the counselling process. If the ranking and score obtained in the exam match with the minimum requirement of the institution, the student will get admission here for MBBS, otherwise not.
Since you haven't mentioned your category, we would consider you to belong to the General Category. You should aim for at least 700+ to get AIIMS New Delhi. Looking at the last three years' cutoff, AIIMS Delhi NEET cutoff 2024 for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) closed at 47 while in 2023, it closed at 57 and 55 in 2022.
