AIIMS Paramedical exam 2026: AIIMS Delhi has released has successfully conducted AIIMS BSc Paramedical Round 2 counselling 2026. The seat allotment for AIIMS Paramedical Round 2 was released on August 25, 2026. Candidates had to report to their assigned institutes from August 27 to 31, 2026. AIIMS Paramedical Round 1 counselling was held from July 31 to August 13. The counselling process is conducted for those candidates who have qualified in AIIMS Paramedical counseling. AIIMS Paramedical exam is conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi. AIIMS Paramedical Exam Day Guidelines 2026

Read AIIMS paramedical exam day guidelines to know what is expected on D-day at the exam centre: 

  • To avoid delay in beginning the test, candidates must report to exam centre at least 30 minutes in advance.
  • Students must report to the exam centre by 8.45 am.
  • No one will be allowed to enter exam centre after 9.45 am.
  • Applicants will not be allowed to leave exam hall before 11.30 am.
  • One must carry an admit card, a valid photo ID proof, and one passport-sized photograph on exam day.
  • Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material, any electronic devices such as a mobile phone, Bluetooth or a calculator to exam centre.

There will be 90 questions in AIIMS BSc Paramedical exam. Students will be given 90 minutes or 1 hour 30 minutes to complete the exam. One must note that the negative marking scheme is applicable. For each correct answer the marking scheme is +1 while for each incorrect answer -1/3 mark will be deducted.  

Q:   What are the mandatory subjects in Class 12 to apply for Paramedical courses offered by AIIMS?
A: 
For AIIMS paramedical exam, candidate must have Physics Chemistry English and Biology/Mathematics in Class 12. Candidates applying for Bachelor of Optometry, B.Sc. Medical Technology in Radiotherapy or B.Sc. (Hons) Medical Technology in Radiography courses must have studied the aforementioned subjects in class 12. Candidates belonging to commerce and arts stream are not eligible to apply for Paramedical courses offered by AIIMS.
