AP NEET Counselling 2024: YSRUHS Releases List of Qualifying Candidates; Application Process to Start Soon

As many as 43,788 candidates have qualified for the NEET UG 2024 exam by securing the category-wise NEET 2024 cutoff marks.
Announcing the list of NEET 2024 qualifying candidates from Andhra Pradesh, YSRUHS has stated, “This data contains the names of the qualified candidates with above cut-off scores as prescribed by NTA, New Delhi. Category-wise eligibility as per the prescribed NEET Cut-off score will be verified subject to submission of the required Caste certificate and Confirmation of its genuineness by respective Welfare Departments (BC/SC/ST). With regard to Merit list of PwBD candidates, the Final Merit list will be displayed subject to submission of required certificates and after confirmation by the Medical Board constituted by the University.”
How to Check List of Qualifying Candidates for AP NEET Counselling 2024
Candidates will have to follow the steps given below the check and download the list of qualifying candidates for AP NEET counselling 2024:

- Click on the link ‘NEET UG 2024 Qualified Candidates Appeared from the State of Andhra Pradesh’ under the ‘What’s New’ section
- Download the PDF file and search for your NEET 2024 Roll Number to check the status.

YSRUHS has indicated that the AP NEET 2024 counselling application process will begin soon. Once the application process is over, the final merit list will be declared. “The final Merit position will be displayed only after submission of online applications and verification of the same in all aspects as per rules,” stated the AP NEET 2024 counselling conducting body."
It is also mentioned by YSRUHS that this list is only for information of students and parents and should not be considered as the AP NEET 2024 counselling merit list. The MCC NEET counselling 2024 for the 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats will begin on August 14, 2024.
NTA released the re-revised scorecard and merit list on July 26, 2024. As many as 13,15,853 candidates qualified for NEET 2024 out of 23,33,162 test takers, as per the revised merit list. NTA identified 135 unfair means (UFM) cases and disqualified them from the NEET 2024 exam, reducing the total number of test-takers from 23,33,297 to 23,33,162.
No, the application form for Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling will be available in online mode only. Applications sent by post or any other mode will not be accepted. Candidates will have to visit the official website of the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling and register online by entering the mandatory details. Once the form is filled, they will have to pay the requisite registration fee to complete the application or registration process for Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling.
The document verification process for Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling will be conducted in offline mode, wherein candidates have to visit the institutes allotted to them with the original documents. The physical verification of documents and candidates will take place at the institute allotted to them within the stipulated duration. Once the document verification process is successfully completed, candidates will have to pay the admission fee to confirm their admission to the institute.
