The Assam NEET 2025 Counselling Round 1 seat allotment result has been declared by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam on August 18, 2025. As many as 3,122 candidates have been included in the list. However, some candidates have not been allotted seats due to the unavailability of choices.

Assam NEET 2025 Counselling Round 1 Result Declared

The Assam NEET 2025 Counselling Round 1 seat allotment result has been declared by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam on August 18, 2025. As many as 3,122 candidates have been included in the list. However, some candidates have not been allotted seats due to the unavailability of choices.

The provisionally selected candidates have to visit the allotted institute between August 22 and August 23, 2025, to complete the admission process. The PWD category candidates have to report with the relevant original certificates at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital on August 20, 2025, for the verification of their disability status.

Candidates must note that the seat has been allotted at the provisional level and is subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility and verification of documents. They have to visit the respective institutes with original documents and INR 25,000. The original documents must be submitted to the institutes on receipt of an acknowledgement from the institute authorities.

DME Assam released the Assam NEET 2025 Counselling revised merit list on July 15, 2025. As many as 19,823 candidates have been named in the list, as against 19,809 candidates mentioned in the provisional merit list. Originally, the result was scheduled for August 6, 2025, but it was postponed due to the rescheduling of the MCC NEET 2025 counselling.
