Assam NEET 2025 Counselling Round 2 Registration Reopens
Assam NEET 2025 Counselling Round 2 registration window has been reopened by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam on September 8, 2025. Although originally the registration process for the second round was conducted from August 27 to September 1, 2025, the window has been reopened due to addition of MBBS seats in the state of Assam.
The entire schedule for the Assam NEET 2025 Counselling Round 2 has also been revised. The choice filling process will be conducted from September 10 to September 11, 2025, and the seat allotment result will be declared on September 19, 2025. The round will conclude on September 25, 2025.

How to Register for Assam NEET 2025 Counselling Round 2
Candidates have to follow the below steps to register for Assam NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2.
- Visit the official website of DME Assam – dme.assam.gov.in or directly visit https://formsrec.in/DMEA_UG_MBBS_BDS_Assam_2025/
- Click on the ‘Link for NEET UG 2025 Counselling Registration’
- Enter the mandatory details, including personal, contact, NEET 2025 and academic information
- Upload a photograph and signature as per the specifications
- Create password
- Pay the application fee of INR 1,000 through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.
- Check the details carefully and submit the application form.
Only those candidates who have not taken admission to the seat allotted in Round 1 are eligible to participate in the Assam NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2. Those who already registered in the first round of Assam NEET 2025 Counselling need not register again and can fill their choices.
