Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences and Jawaharlal Nehru University have started a centre for Ayurveda treatment and research on the JNU campus. On this occasion, two notable publications of CCRAS, Ayurveda-based clinical methods for the examination of prameha roga and a comprehensive technical dossier of medicinal plants used in Ayurveda were released.

Ayurveda OPD started at Jawaharlal Nehru University

Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences and Jawaharlal Nehru University have joined forces to work together for evidence-based research in Ayurveda. They also started a centre for Ayurveda treatment and research on the JNU campus.

It was inaugurated by Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary, Ministry of Ayush and Prof. Santishree Dhulipudi Pandit, Vice Chancellor, JNU in presence of Pramod Kumar Pathak, special secretary, Ministry of Ayush and other senior officials of Ayush and JNU.

Two notable publications of CCRAS, Ayurveda-based clinical methods for the examination of prameha roga and a comprehensive technical dossier of medicinal plants used in Ayurveda were released on this occasion.

Ministry of Ayush tweet reads, "Ayurvedic OPD inaugurated in JNU!#Under JNU Health Center @JNU_official_50 And @CCRAS_MoAyush, an Ayurvedic OPD has been started in JNU campus with the collective efforts. Apart from providing facilities for Ayurveda, this center will also take initiative in the field of research."

MoA celebrates Bharat Parv from January 26 to January 31

The ministry is celebrating the โ€œBharat Parvโ€ event organized at the Lawns and Gyan Path in front of Red Fort, Delhi from January 26 to January 31, 2023.

Yoga enthusiasts and school children flocked to witness the Yoga Fusion program performed by the students of Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY) in the six-day mega event โ€œBharat Parv 2023โ€ at Red Fort Lawns. MDNIY has sent a full-fledged Yoga team for the Parv.

"Come and experience the beauty of Yoga fusion and other programmes, conducted by MDNIY," says MDNIY tweet.
