Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2026: Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board is accepting registration for Bihar NEET UG 2026 Special Stray Vacancy Round. Eligible candidates can now register online and submit their Bihar NEET special stray round application-cum-choice filling forms for admission to MBBS courses in government and private medical colleges across Bihar.

As per official notification (Advertisement No. BCECEB (UGMAC)-2026/18), last date to register for Bihar UGMAC 2026 Special Stray Vacancy Round is November 8, 2026, up to 10 PM. Registered candidates can submit their application forms and complete fee payment process until 11:59 PM at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

Bihar NEET Special Stray Round 2026 Registration Fee

Candidates must pay prescribed non-refundable counselling fee and refundable security deposit while completing Bihar UGMAC registration. For government medical, dental, veterinary and fisheries colleges, the registration and counselling fee is INR 1,200 for UR/EWS/BC/EBC candidates and INR 600 for SC/ST/DQ candidates. For private medical and dental colleges, all categories must pay INR 1,200 as registration and counselling fee.

The security deposit varies depending on college type and category. For government medical/dental colleges, it is INR 10,000 for UR/EWS/BC/EBC candidates and INR 5,000 for SC/ST/DQ candidates. For private medical colleges, the security deposit is Rs 2 lakh, while private dental colleges require INR 50,000.

Eligible candidates can follow these steps to complete Bihar NEET UG Special Stray Round registration

• Click on UGMAC 2026 counselling section

• Select Online Portal of UGMAC 2026

• Register using NEET UG 2026 roll number, candidate's name and date of birth

• Complete personal, contact and educational details

• Upload photograph, signature and supporting documents

• Review application form and click on Final Submit

• Pay counselling fee and security deposit online

Bihar NEET UG 2026 Special Stray Round Seat Allotment

BCECEB will prepare final merit list based on candidates' NEET UG 2026 All India Rank. Bihar UGMAC 2026 Special Stray Vacancy Round rank card will be released on November 9. The provisional seat allotment will be conducted on a merit-cum-choice basis, considering candidates' NEET ranks, submitted college preferences and seat availability.

Those allotted seats must upload scanned copies of the required original documents on the counselling portal for online verification by allotted institute. They must also report physically to their allotted colleges between November 12 and 13 for document verification and admission.
