Check out fee structure for MBBS, BSc Nursing courses in Puducherry

For students seeking admission to MBBS and BSc Nursing colleges in Puducherry, CENTAC recently released the fee structure of these courses for the current academic session, 2021-2022.

The fee structures for MBBS and BSc Nursing colleges have been designed under the Chairmanship of Justice N Authinathan, Retired Judge of Madras High Court. The fee structure was in effect since the academic year 2019 and 2020 and it will remain the same for this year as well.

As per the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC) notification, a student pursuing an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) course through government quota seats in Sri Manakula Vinayagar College & Hospital, Puducherry and Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences will have to pay a total amount of INR 3,80,000.

For studying BSc Nursing courses at RAAK Nursing and Paramedical, AG Padmavathi College of Nursing, College of Nursing, East Coast Institute of Medical Sciences in Puducherry, the total fee is fixed at INR 42,000.

The CENTAC notification further reads, "This fee is an all inclusive of annual fee excluding Transport fees. In addition to the above fee fixed by the Committee for three academic years, the educational institutions are permitted to collect a refundable one time caution deposit not exceeding Rs. 10,000/- per student at the time of admission which should be refunded to the students at the time of students leaving the Institution by way of account payee by crossed cheque / NEFT / ECS to their respective accounts.
