FMGE December 2022 Pass Certificates to be issued from March 6, 2023
NBE has notified that the FMGE December 2022 Pass Certificates shall be issued in person to the candidates who have been declared qualified in the FMGE December 2022 session from March 6 to April 15 at the NBEMS office in Dwarka as per the schedule prescribed on the entry slip of each individual candidate.
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has said that the FMGE Pass Certificates shall be issued in person to the candidates who have been declared qualified in the FMGE December 2022 session from March 6, 2023, at the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) office at PSP Area, Sector-09, Dwarka, New Delhi as per the schedule prescribed on the entry slip of each individual candidate.
The last date for the issuance of FMGE Pass Certificates is April 15, 2023. The FMGE Pass certificate will be issued only on the production of prescribed documents and on verification of identity, including biometrics/Face ID.
It will not be issued to any authorized representative or any person other than the candidate himself/herself under any circumstances.
"Qualified and eligible candidates are required to be present at specified date and time for collection of their Pass certificate. They shall be required to bring the documents in ORIGINAL as prescribed in the Information Bulletin and also listed in the entry slip. Candidates will be required to bring the print out of the “Entry Slip” to seek entry at NBEMS office," reads the official notification.
"Candidates who fail to collect their certificates on assigned schedules due to some exigencies are informed that they should not turn up for collection on any other day of their choice. Such candidates shall be required to seek prior approval of NBEMS for revised schedule of collection of Pass certificate by sending a request at Communication Web portal (CWP) of NBEMS," added the notification.
Candidates are advised to report to the NBEMS office strictly as per the assigned time slot in order to avoid any crowding. Candidates not reporting as per time slots on assigned days will have to wait for their turn depending on the availability of vacant slots. They are advised to make their return journey travel arrangements by the end of the certificate collection day, considering any unforeseen issues in the verification of identity and documentation.
