The Haryana NEET 2025 Counselling Round 3 seat allotment result has been released by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) Haryana on October 24, 2025. As many as 4,071 candidates have been included in the result, who participated in the first three rounds.
The Haryana NEET 2025 Counselling Round 3 provisional seat allotment letter cum merit list has been released by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana. The seat allotment status of 4,071 candidates have been released, who have participated in the first three rounds. As many as 209 candidatesβ seats have been upgraded. There has been no change in the allotments of the 409 candidates.

Candidates have to pay the tuition fee of the allotted institute between October 24, 2025, and October 30, 2025. The institute reporting process will be conducted from October 31, 2025, to November 2, 2025. The provisional allotment letter has to be downloaded from October 31, 2025, to November 3, 2025. The last date to join the allotted institute is November 3, 2025.
According the last year's seat matrix, there were as many as 1,870 seats for MBBS and around 100 seats for BDS that were offered to the candidates through Haryana NEET counselling for the Government colleges. As per the seat matrix released by DMER Haryana for the Haryana NEET counselling 2025, there were a total of 345 seats, including government and private institutes. DMER Haryana releases the seat matrix or the seat vacancy list separately for each round prior to the commencement of the registration process.
Haryana NEET UG counselling is conducted in partially in online mode and offline mode. Except the last phase of counselling, which is the document verification, the rest of the rounds of the processes are conducted in online mode. DMER Haryana releases the counselling notices or the schedule and the seat matrix in an online mode, on the official website. The registration and choice filling processes also need to be done in online mode by visiting the official website of the exam. The merit list and the seat allotment result are also declared on the official website of the Haryana NEET counselling, in PDF format. The last and final step, which is the institute reporting, or the document verification, has to be done in offline mode, by visiting the allotted institute, or the venue stated by the counselling authority.

In general, the total duration of the Haryana NEET UG counselling is of three to four months. The total number of counselling rounds is also around three to four. On an average, each round is conducted for a duration of one month. The exact durtion will be updated once the Directorate of Medical Education and Reseach (DMER) Haryana announces the round-wise schedule of the Haryana NEET counselling 2025. The number of rounds may exceed in case vacant seats are left after the last round of counselling. In that case the overall duration or the tenure of the counselling will also extend.
