Haryana NEET 2025 Counselling registration process for the Stray Round, or the fourth round, has started today, November 13, 2025. The last date to fill and submit the registration form is November 15, 2025. The Directorate of Medical Education, Haryana, or the counselling authority, has released the complete schedule for this round, along with the seat matrix of this round.
As many as 100 MBBS and BDS seats are available in the Haryana NEET 2025 Counselling Round 4. Candidates who have not taken admission to any of the institutes either from the All India Quota or State Quota Counselling, will be eligible for participating in this round.

How to Register for Haryana NEET 2025 Counselling Stray Round
Candidates have to follow the steps below to register for the Haryana NEET 2025 counselling:
- Visit the official website of Haryana NEET 2025 Counselling - https://uhsrugcounselling.com/Home
- Click on the New Registration tab
- Read the instructions and click on the declaration checkbox
- Enter NEET 2025 Counselling Roll Number and NEET 2025 Application Number
- Fill in the mandatory details and pay the registration fee
- Download and print the registration confirmation page
The registration fee is INR 10,000 for unreserved category candidates and INR 5,000 for the reserved category candidates, which has to be paid in online mode, through Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking.
According the last year's seat matrix, there were as many as 1,870 seats for MBBS and around 100 seats for BDS that were offered to the candidates through Haryana NEET counselling for the Government colleges. As per the seat matrix released by DMER Haryana for the Haryana NEET counselling 2025, there were a total of 345 seats, including government and private institutes. DMER Haryana releases the seat matrix or the seat vacancy list separately for each round prior to the commencement of the registration process.
