Himachal Pradesh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 final seat allotment list has been released by Atal Medical and Research University. Selected students must visit the allotted college from February 18 to 19, 2026. 

The final allotment result of HP NEET PG is released after the experts reviewed the objections. The provisional HP NEET PG round 3 allotment result was out on February 15, 2026.

The seat allotment result will have the following details - Name of candidate, Application Number, Course, Allotted College, Category, Admission Type. Those who are selected need to download the allotment letter and report to allotted colleges along with original documents. Selected candidates can opt for willingness and participate in the subsequent rounds.

Documents needed during verification are - Allotment letter, MBBS degree certificate, NEET PG admit card, Internship completion certificate, character certificate, NEET PG 2025 scorecard, Payment Registration Certificate by SMC/NMC, Caste Certificate, Bonafide Himachal certificate, and Disability certificate.

• Click on 'Notices & Circular' tab on homepage.
• Next, click on 'Latest Notices' section
• Click on 'Round 3 Seat Allocation' on the link.
• The result of round 3 will be displayed on screen.
• Check the application number and know the allotted college.
• Download the round 3 result PDF and save it for future reference.
