INI CET 2021 July session exam to be held on May 8, says AIIMS

In a letter to state governments, Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India has said that the conduct of academic examination is necessary to avoid the loss of entire academic session causing irreparable harm to career of thousands of brightest students of our country. The letter said that AIIMS has also taken necessary measures for INI CET 2021 exam like increasing the number of test cities to 129 to minimize the travel needs of candidates. The institute will also ensure that COVID-19 guidelines/advisory will be strictly followed. In this regard, support of States/UTs on the following points is needed:

• AIIMS Entrance Examination must be considered as an Essential Activity

• The examination centres should be allowed to open and operate for all activities related to preparation and conduct of Examination to be held on May 8, 2021

• Admit Card/Authority letter of AIIMS entrance examination to be considered as equivalent of curfew pass for movement for the purpose of Examination

• Movement of candidates to and from between home and examination centres may be facilitated

• Local authorities to provide necessary administrative facilitation and security for conduct of the AIIMS-Entrance Examination

INI CET 2021 exam is scheduled to be held on May 8, 2021 for July session. INI CET 2021 application window has been closed now. Candidates will be able to check the status of completion of INI CET 2021 application form on April 19, 2021. INI CET 2021 admit card will be released on April 30, 2021.

AIIMS conducts INI CET 2021 twice a year in online mode for admission to the PG courses such as Masters of Surgery (MS), Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), and Master of Chirurgie (MCh) offered by eight AIIMS including AIIMS Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh, and NIMHANS Bengaluru, JIPMER Puducherry and PGI Chandigarh.
