JMI: Diploma in Unani Pharmacy students get Excellent Placement

The company offered job to other students of the course too but these 7 students have shown their willingness to join, said the official statement.

Seven students of Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) of its Diploma in Unani Pharmacy course were issued Job Offer Letter by a reputed ISO certified company Al-Harmain Pharma Private Ltd. for the post of Junior Executive Trainees in Unani Pharmacy (sales/ manufacturing/purchase). 

The company offered job to other students of the course too but these students have shown their willingness to join. They will be getting a starting top salary of INR 3,00,000/- per annum. Job Offer Letters were issued by the company officials in presence of faculty members and University Placement Cell executives.  

Campus interview for selection of Junior Executive Trainees in Unani Pharmacy (sales/manufacturing/purchase) were held at the Jamia Placement Cell on February 27th, 2024 by a team of experts from Al-Harmain Pharma Private Ltd. located at Hapur, (UP) 

Moreover, open job offer was made to all interested final year students to join the company following completion of Diploma in Unani Pharmacy and internship.

JMI hosts Global Conclave on SDGs

The Department of Economics, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi is organizing a Global Conclave on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Progress Challenges and Way Forward during March 6, and March 7, 2024. Eminent Economists, Policy makers and Civil Society Organizations are participating in the conclave. The event is sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi.

SDGs comprises a comprehensive set of 17 transformative goals encompassing the social, political economic, environmental dimensions adopted by United Nations in 2015 and to be achieved by 2030.
