Karnataka NEET PG 2024 mop-up round option entry last date has been extended till January 27, 2025, and the seat allotment results will be released on January 29, 2025, in online mode at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. 

Karnataka NEET PG Revised Counselling Dates 2024

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the option entry last date for Karnataka NEET PG mop-up round counselling 2024. The authorities have extended the Karnataka NEET PG option entry last date 2024 for the mop-up counselling round following the extension of the NEET PG 2024 round 3 counselling schedule by MCC New Delhi. 

As per the latest notification, the Karnataka NEET PG 2024 choice option entry deadline has been extended till January 27, 2025 (up to 1 PM). Earlier, the last date of option entry by eligible candidates was January 23, 2025. Along with the extension of the option entry deadline, the authorities have extended the seat allotment result date. Now, the Karnataka NEET PG seat allotment result 2024 for the mop-up counselling round will be announced on January 29, 2025. Students can check the revision notification by KEA from below.

"After publishing the mop-up round schedule by KEA for admission to PG medical courses 2024, MCC New Delhi has postponed the round 3 result announce date and published the revised schedule; as per the schedule round 3 results will be published by MCC on January 25, 2025. Hence, the date is extended up to 1 PM on January 27, 205 to enter the options for the mop-up round, provisional seat allotment results will be published on January 29, 2025." Q:   Will KEA conduct mop-up counselling this year for Karnataka NEET PG?
A:

Most likely, KEA will conduct the Karnataka NEET PG mop-up round. If there would be any changes like the previous year, such as lowering of the percentile if the NEET PG cutoff is lowered by the Ministry of Health, it will be intimated to the participants. Candidates will be allowed to participate in fresh registrations for the mop-up round as per the schedule. 

Q:   Who can apply for Karnataka NEET PG counselling?
A:

As per the eligiblity criteria mentioned by the conducting body, the candidate must be 17 years of age as of December 31, 2025. He/she should have qualified 10+2 exam with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as the main. The candidate should have appeared for the NEET PG exam as well. Q:   Can I fill the application form for Karnataka NEET PG Counselling offline?
A:

No, the KEA application form will only be available online. Applications sent by post or any other mode will not be accepted. To participate in the counselling of KEA NEET PG 2025, a candidate must possess a domicile certificate of Karnataka state. For a domicile certificate to be valid, it needs to be signed by any of the higher authorities mentioned in the guidelines issued by the KEA.
