The Kerala NEET 2025 counselling first phase final seat allotment result has been declared by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala. As many as 5,946 candidates have been allotted MBBS and BDS seats, and there has not been any change in the final seat allotment result.

The Kerala NEET 2025 counselling first phase final seat allotment result has been declared by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala. As many as 5,946 candidates have been allotted MBBS and BDS seats, and there has not been any change in the final seat allotment result.

As many as 4,377 candidates have been allotted MBBS seats, and 1,877 candidates have been allotted BDS seats. The provisional result was declared on August 16, 2025, and candidates could submit grievances by August 17, 2025.

Candidates will have to follow the steps given below to download or check the seat allotment result of Kerala NEET 2025 counselling Phase 1:

  • Visit the official website of Kerala NEET counselling – cee.kerala.gov.in
  • Click on the KEAM 2025 portal
  • Click on the Allotment List tab
  • Click on the First Phase Allotment under the Medical tab

The institute reporting process is underway from August 19, 2025, to August 24, 2025, 4 PM. CEE Kerala has stated, β€œCandidates who have received an allotment in Government Medical/Dental colleges should remit the fees to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as specified in the allotment memo through Online Payment. Those candidates who got allotment to the MBBS/BDS course in Self-financing colleges should pay the fee as per the allotment memo to the colleges.”

The counselling authority also adds, β€œThose candidates who do not join the college allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment as well as all the existing higher options in the stream to which the allotment belongs. The registration fee of those candidates who do not join within the stipulated time after getting the allotment and those candidates who quit the seats after taking admission, will be considered as a penalty and will not be refunded.”

Q: Β  When was the Kerala NEET UG counselling 2025 registration conducted?

The Kerala NEET UG counselling 2025 registration window was reopened from June 18 to June 23, 2025. Already registered candidates could add courses or category/quota, such as NRI or minority/EWS quota, within this window by logging in with their registration credentials. Originally, the Kerala NEET 2025 counselling registration process started on February 20, 2025. The last date of application was extended from March 10 to March 12, 2025, and the documents had to be uploaded by March 15, 2025. 

Q: Β  When will Kerala NEET counselling cutoff release?
A:

The Commissioner of Entrance Exams (CEE) Kerala, or the counselling authority for Kerala NEET counselling, will release the Kerala NEET 2025 cutoff after the conclusion of the counselling process. Moreover, after each round of counselling, a seat allotment list and merit list will be released, which will indicate the lowest rank or score at which a seat was offered, based on which the round-wise Kerala NEET cutoff can be calculated.

Q: Β  What are the different stages of the Kerala NEET counselling process?

The Kerala NEET counselling process involves six steps in total. The step by step procedure to participate in the Kerala NEET counselling process is given below. 

  • Registration: The first and foremost step is to register or apply for the Kerala NEET counselling process. In general, CEE Kerala starts the application process even before the NEET exam is conducted. It is a completely online process wherein candidates have to visit the official website of CEE Kerala, or Kerala NEET and complete the registration and application process. 
  • Uploading NEET scores: After the declaration of the NEET result, CEE Kerala will open the counselling portal to upload candidates' NEET scores. 
  • Merit list: After the submission of NEET scores, CEE Kerala will release the merit list for Kerala NEET counselling, It will consist of the list of eligible candidates.
  • Choice filling: Participants will have to fill the choice of courses and colleges which they wish to take admission to. 
  • Seat allotment result: Based on the choices filled by candidates, CEE Kerala will release the seat allotment result.
  • Institute reporting: Candidates who wish to take admission to the allotted institutes, will have to report to the institutes, or the given venue mentioned by the counselling authorities with the requisite documents.
