Candidates have to follow the below steps to submit options for Kerala NEET 2025 counselling.
- Visit the official website of Kerala NEET 2025 Counselling – cee.kerala.gov.in
- Click on KEAM 2025
- Login by entering Application Number, Password and Access Code
- Click on ‘Option Registration’ options
- Enter the course and college choices
- Arrange the colleges in preferential order
- Lock and submit choices

The Kerala NEET 2025 counselling final rank list was released on July 29, 2025. As many as 46,790 candidates have been included in the Medical Rank List, and 44,386 candidates have been included in the Ayurveda Rank List.

A General category student must secure an AIR rank of 10,000 or above to get an MBBS seat in a good medical college in Kerala. Candidates must note that this is a predictive cutoff rank and not an absolute data. The actual cutoff data or rank will be relesed by the Commissioner of Entrance Exam (CEE) after the conclusion of the counselling process for Kerala NEET.
