The Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025 first phase option registration or choice filling process has started. The last date to fill and lock choices is November 12, 2025, by 5 PM. CEE Kerala has also released the important dates for the Round 1 of Kerala NEET PG 2025 Counselling.
The Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025 first phase option registration or choice filling process has started. The last date to fill and lock choices is November 12, 2025, by 5 PM. The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Kerala, has released the complete schedule of Kerala NEET PG 2025 Counselling Round 1.
Only those candidates whose names were included in the Kerala NEET PG 2025 Counselling Merit List, or Rank List, are eligible for option registration. Announcing the commencement of the option registration process, CEE Kerala has stated, “Candidates can submit their options according to their preference for Course–College-Quota combinations in the option list. A candidate should give options for a Course–College-Quota combination only if he or she is certain to join the course and college under the chosen quota, if allotted. Only the options registered online will be considered for allotment to the courses.”

Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025 Option Registration Process
Candidates have to follow the process given below to register their options or fill choices for Kerala NEET PG Counselling 2025.
- Go to cee.kerala.gov.in
- Click on the ‘PG Medical 2025 – Candidate Portal’ link
- Login by entering the Application Number, Password and Access Code
- Click on ‘Option Registration’ tab
- Enter the options or college and courses in preferential order
- Click on submit
A Security Deposit of INR 10,000 has to be paid during the option registration process by the General category candidates. The fee is INR 5,000 for SC, ST and OEC category candidates.
