The DME, MP has revised the merit list for the Round-3 counselling, which was released on February 6, 2026. Around 5,344 candidates have qualified for admission to the MD and MS programmes in the medical colleges spread across the state. Candidates can check and download the revised merit list from the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in.
All About the Revision of MP NEET PG Merit List
The MP NEET PG mop-up round merit list has been revised following compliance with the Hon'ble High Court of the Jabalpur division bench order, which allows two in-service candidates to participate in the final round of counselling for admission to the said courses. The lowest final scores that have been accepted for admission are -3, 6.5, and 9. The two petitioners have earlier worked as contractual medical officers and were subsequently appointed through PSC.
HC Verdict on the Petition
The HC allowed these two candidates, namely, Krishna Pratap Singh and Shriya Tripathi, to participate in the Round-3 counselling. Due to this verdict, the MP NEET PG counselling dates have been revised and the allotment result is expected to be released on February 17, 2026. The last date to fill in the choices is February 13 and it is mandatory to fill in fresh choices to be considered for allotment. The institute reporting for this round will conclude on February 19, 2026.
