GPAT Exam 2026: National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences will conduct the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test on March 7, 2026. This exam is for admission to postgraduate pharmacy programmes across India.

GPAT is a national level exam. It is for admissions to Master of Pharmacy. It is a computer based test. It will be for a duration of 180 minutes and cover subjects such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutics and more. The registrations closed in January and admit card released on March 2, 2026. Now, thousands of students are going to appear in this examination. Results are expected to be out by April 7, 2026, on the official website natboard.edu.in.

GPAT 2026 Guidelines for Exam Day

See below guidelines for GPAT 2026 exam day:

  • Students must carry GPAT 2026 admit card along with valid photo ID proof.
  • They should reach the exam centre before the gate closing time.
  • Electronic devices are strictly prohibited at the exam centre.
  • If students will not adhere to the exam day guidelines they can be disqualified from the exam.

GPAT 2026 Exam Timings

Reporting at exam centre 7:00 AM
Entry Closes 8:30 AM
Login for instructions 8:45 AM to 8:50 AM
Exam Starts 9:00 AM
Exam Ends 12:00 AM

Students need to reach the exam centre at least one hour before the reporting time mentioned on their GPAT 2026 admit card. Students coming late will not be allowed inside the examination premises. GPAT exam pattern includes 125 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). As per marking scheme,  four marks will be given for each correct answer, and 1 mark will be deducted for any incorrect answer.
