National Testing Agency has announced NEET UG 2026 re-exam date after cancelling earlier examination conducted on May 3, 2026. The Re-NEET 2026 exam will now be held on June 21, 2026 in India and abroad. The revised NEET UG date 2026 has been announced, following the cancellation of the original examination due to NEET 2026 paper leak allegations.

Meanwhile, the NEET 2026 revised admit cards will be available on its official website. Students have to download their admit card of NEET UG 2026 reexam from neet.nta.nic.in using their application number and date of birth.

The NTA has not released the NEET OMR Sheet 2026 as of now. The sheet will be released anytime soon on the official website- neet.nta.nic.in.
In case candidates are not allotted any seat in the second round of the NEET UG counselling, the earlier allotted seat in Round 1 will be retained. However, on up-gradation of a seat in the second round, the earlier allotted seat in Round 1 will automatically be cancelled and allotted to another candidate. Therefore, candidates are advised to fill in only higher choices or any other choice which they prefer over the earlier allotted seat, for second round.
The NTA will release the NEET OMR sheet 2026 soon. It was the first time that the agency released the provisional answer key separately. Candidates will be able to download the OMR answer sheet by logging to their registered accounts using the application number and password.
