NEET MDS 2025 Final Edit Window Opens at natboard.edu.in; Correct Images by March 31

The NEET MDS 2025 final edit window or the image correction window has been opened by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) today, March 27, 2025. Deficient images or photographs, signatures and thumb impressions can be corrected till March 31, 2025.

NEET MDS 2025 Final Correction Window Opens

The NEET MDS 2025 final edit window or the image correction window has been opened by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) today, March 27, 2025. Candidates who uploaded deficient images in the NEET MDS 2025 application form can upload correct images in the form by March 31, 2025, 11.55 PM.

NBEMS has also sent an email to such candidates to make them aware about their deficient images on the form. Unless the images are uploaded in correct format and dimensions, their NEET MDS 2025 application will not be considered successful.

How to Make Changes in the NEET MDS 2025 Final Correction Window

Candidates will have to follow the steps below to make changes in the NEET MDS 2025 final edit window:

• Visit the official website of NEET MDS or directly visit – https://natboard.edu.in/viewnbeexam?exam=neetmds
• Click on the Application Link tab
• Click on Login tab
• Enter the NEET MDS 2025 application number and password
• Visit the fields to be changed and upload the correct files
• Click on Save

Specifications of Photograph to be Uploaded on NEET MDS 2025

NBEMS has stated the following instructions for uploading a photograph on the NEET MDS 2025 application form:

• The photograph should not be older than three months
• The dimensions of the photograph should be 35mm*45mm
• The height of the head should be 70 to 80 per cent of the total height of the photograph
• The photograph should be a coloured one, taken on a white background and the candidate should be dressed in formal attire
• The image must contain the full face, ears, neck, and shoulders of the entrant in frontal view with a neutral, non-smiling expression and with eyes open and directed at the camera and the photograph should not consist of any body part below the shoulders.
• The file size should be less than 80 KB in JPG or JPEG format.

Instructions to Upload Signature on NEET MDS 2025 Application Form

The following specifications have to be followed for uploading the signature on the NEET MDS 2025 application form:

• Draw a box of size 1.5 cm (height) x 3.5 cm (width)
• Use a black or dark blue ink pen to sign within this box. b. Click the signature within the box in bright light conditions using any digital device (preferably with > 5-megapixel resolution) and avoid using flash.
• Ensure that the shadow of your hands/camera/smartphone etc. does not fall on the sheet.

Instructions to Upload Thumb Impression on NEET MDS 2025 Application Form

The instructions to upload a thumb impression image on the NEET MDS 2025 application form are given below:

• Draw a box of 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm (width x height) on a white sheet of paper.
• Use a fresh blue/black colour ink pad. The impression of the print should be clear and readable; neither dark nor smudged or light.
• Gently press your LEFT THUMB against the ink pad and take a horizontal print of your left thumb within the box. Do not press too much or wriggle as it may lead to smudging of print.   
• The size of image should be less than 80 KB and the format should be JPG or JPEG.

The NEET MDS 2025 application process was conducted from February 18 to March 10, 2025. The primary edit window was open from March 14 to March 17, 2025. The exam will be conducted on April 19, 2025. Since the internship cutoff date has been extended to June 30, 2025, the NEET MDS 2025 application window is likely to open soon.
