NEET MDS 2026 Application Form
The NEET MDS application process 2026 is expected to begin soon at the official website, natboard.edu.in. Candidates preparing for the exam to be held on May 2, 2026, can expect the release of the application forms anytime soon, within this week. The NBEMS, the official conducting body, will manage the registration process in online mod,e and the application fee must be submitted online only. How to fill the NEET MDS Application Form 2026
The NEET MDS application window will tentatively open in the first week of February 2026. Here are the quick steps to follow for filling out the form:
- Visit the official website, natboard.edu.in
- Click on the NEET MDS ‘Application link’ under the 2026 year tab
- Click on the To Register tab to apply for the exam
- Pay the application fee once you have filled in all the particulars
- Click on the Submit button
Candidates can also read the user manual provided on the website to fill the form seamlessly. Additionally, image upload instructions have also been uploaded on the official website. Do check those before uploading the images to avoid last-minute hassles.
NEET MDS exam is conducted for granting admission to the MDS and PG dental courses offered by government and private institutes in India. It is a national-level exam that is held annually in online mode for a duration of 180 minutes. The exam will be conducted only in English medium and not in any regional vernacular.
Candidates can select only one exam city preference in the NEET MDS application form. The total number of NEET MDS 2025 exam cities was 59. It is expected that the number of exam cities will increase for NEET MDS 2026. Since only one exam city choice is allowed, candidates must choose the city closest to their present address.
The following fields cannot be edited in the NEET MDS application correction window:
- Candidate Name
- Nationality
- Mobile Number
- Email address
- Permanent address
- Test centre city choice.

In general, NBEMS does not extend the NEET MDS registration last date. However, in case the internship deadline is extended, then the NEET MDS registration and application window may be reopened. The NEET MDS 2026 application process is expected to be conducted from the second to fourth week of February 2026. The actual dates will be announced along with the information bulletin.
