NEET PG 2025 Final Answer Key Likely by End of August, NBEMS Confirms Transparency Push

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is likely to release the NEET PG 2025 final answer key on its official website natboard.edu.in by the end of August. The NEET PG medical entrance test was held on August 3, 2025, across 301 cities and 1,052 centres, with more than 2.42 lakh candidates appearing in a single shift. The NEET PG 2025 results were declared on August 19, 2025, but the answer key is still awaited.

The NBEMS, in its official notice dated August 21, confirmed: “NBEMS shall publish the answer key of NEET-PG 2025 on its website. Along with the correct answer key, the response marked by the candidates to respective questions asked in NEET-PG 2025 shall also be published.”

NEET PG aspirants have welcomed the development, calling it a landmark shift in medical entrance exam reforms. Many candidates have already taken to social media to express relief, saying the release of the key will help them better understand their performance.

This marks the first time in the history of NEET PG that an official answer key will be released. The decision to release answer key follows a Supreme Court order earlier this year that mandated exam bodies to ensure transparency by publishing raw scores, keys, and evaluation methods. The board has confirmed that individual recorded responses will be available in candidates’ login accounts.

The final scorecards are scheduled to be released on Aug 29, 2025.
