NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam on June 21 in Pen and Paper Mode; Check Exam Pattern & Duration
NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam will be conducted in pen and paper mode on June 21. NTA has confirmed that the re-neet 2026 exam pattern & paper mode have not been revised. Candidates will appear for test in offline OMR-based mode. National Testing Agency has confirmed that NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam will be conducted on June 21 in pen and paper mode. The re-NEET 2026 exam will be held in an offline OMR-based format. Further, NEET exam pattern 2026 will remain unchanged despite rumours of a shift to computer-based testing. NTA will conduct re-neet exam for over 20 lakh medical aspirants appearing following the cancellation of May 3 examination. Candidates are advised to cross-check the NEET exam details, including the exam duration, marking scheme and question pattern, before appearing.

NEET Exam Pattern 2026
The NEET exam pattern 2026 remains the same as the original exam. The NEET 2026 June 21 exam will consist of multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidates should answer questions carefully, as wrong answers will attract negative marking.

Has the Re- NEET Exam 2026 Pattern Changed?
No. NEET exam mode remains unchanged. NTA has clarified that re-neet exam will not be conducted in CBT mode this time. However, Union Education Minister has mentioned that NEET 2027 exam will be conducted in online CBT mode.
