NEET Question Papers in Hindi
The National Test Agency will conduct the NEET 2026 exam on May 3, 2026, in 13 languages. One of the languages of NEET 2026 question paper will be Hindi. Candidates who want to take the exam in Hindi medium need to choose the language of the questions while filling the NEET application form 2026. After English, Hindi is the most opted-for medium of language for the NEET question paper. As per the NTA's data, 22,76,909 candidates appeared for NEET 2025, and approximately 15 per cent of these candidates registered for the NEET Hindi question paper. NEET 2025 Question Paper in Hindi
NEET 2025 exam was conducted on May 4, 2025. The NEET 2025 question paper Hindi medium had four sets, 45, 46, 47 and 48. NTA released the NEET Paper 2025 PDF in Hindi, which can be downloaded in the table below.

There are generally four Sets of NEET question papers, which are further segregated into six parts. However, in NEET 2025, there were four sets of the NEET question paper, which were named as 45, 46, 47, and 48, and these were not further divided into six subsets, which was followed till the previous year. The names of the NEET 2024 question paper Sets and codes are Q, R, S and T. For the NEET 2024 re-exam, the question paper sets were A, B, C and D. The multiple Sets and codes in the NEET question papers ensure that there is no malpractice in the conduct of the exam. The names of the Sets and codes of the regional NEET question papers are different from the English ones. While distributing the question papers of NEET invigilators had to ensure that they did not give the same set of question papers to two consecutive candidates. Once candidates are given the NEET question paper by invigilators, they need to check whether the question paper and test booklet, or answer sheet, is of the same code. In case of a mismatch, they need to bring the matter to the invigilator's notice. In case they submit the NEET test booklet with a different code from that of the NEET question paper, their exam will stand cancelled.
No, the NEET exam or NEET question paper does not have any optional questions. Although there used to be 20 optional questions in total in between the years 2022 and 2024, but 2025 onwards, the optional questions in NEET were removed as part of the revision or change in the NEET exam pattern as per the pre-COVID era. Hence, the NEET 2025 question paper will not carry any optional questions, and will have 360 mandatory questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

NTA is the authority which creates the question paper of NEET. The questions are sent in by different professors, and NTA selects the questions for the examination. No single person is responsible for designing the question paper. Generally, the NEET question papers are set by an expert committee or panel of subject experts who later review the answer key challenges. Candidates may find questions from previous years' NEET question papers as well. This is why experts suggest solving previous years' question papers for NEET preparation.
NTA releases the NEET question papers online on the official website of NTA after the conclusion of the admission process of the academic year. However, NTA does not release the NEET question papers of all languages and sets. The exam authorities primarily release the English language question papers followed by Hindi. Till 2021, NTA had released NEET question papers in all languages. In 2022, only three sets of the NEET English question paper were released. In the years 2023 and 2024, NTA had released only English and Hindi question papers.
The NTA prepares multiple sets of NEET question papers every year to avoid malpractices in the exam. There are generally four sets of question papers. One set of question paper is further divided into six sets. Hence, there are a total of 24 unique NEET question papers. The questions remain the same, but their arrangement is different in every set.

The question types in the NEET question paper is objective and multiple-choice type. Each question carries four answer options. The difficulty level of the questions range from moderate to tough. The questions are asked from the prescribed NEET syllabus. Since NEET is a paper-pencil-based test (PBT), test-takers are given OMR sheet wherein they have to mark the correct answer option through blue or black ballpoint pen provided at the exam centre. While leaving the exam centre, candidates will have to submit the test booklet or the OMR sheet and rough sheet booklet to the invigilator. They will be allowed to carry the NEET question paper with them, outside the exam hall.
