RE NEET 2026 Exam: National Testing Agency will conduct RE-NEET UG in offline (pen-and-paper) mode on June 21, 2026. Candidates have to mark their responses on an Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) answer sheet using a ballpoint pen. As NEET UG 2026 OMR sheet is scanned electronically, small mistakes can lead to incorrect evaluation.

RE-NEET 2026 will be held from 2 to 5:15 PM at designated exam centres. Candidates must complete all personal details and mark their answers carefully on OMR sheet provided inside exam hall. Once answer is marked, it cannot be erased or corrected.

How to fill NEET UG 2026 OMR Sheet?

To attempt NEET questions, candidates have to mark answers in OMR sheet. NEET is held in offline mode. 

• Write roll number, test booklet code and other details 

• Make sure there are no spelling mistakes or overwriting

• Use only a black or blue ballpoint pen as instructed

• Completely darken the circle corresponding to correct answer

• Do not tick, cross or partially fill bubble

• Mark only one option per NEET question

• Multiple answers will be considered incorrect

• OMR sheets are machine-readable. Any correction or overwriting can invalidate response

• Make sure answer is marked against correct question number to avoid mismatches
