Reportedly, NTA sources raised the concerns that organising this massive nationwide exam in just 30 days is a huge logistical challenge. Managing the exam centres, making NEET 2026 question paper and other related activities takes time. Usually, an exam, where over 20 lakh students are expected to appear, takes nearly six months of planning. Because time for NEET re exam 2026 is so short, officials are working under high pressure, warning that any small mistake could turn into a big problem. The NEET 2026 re-test was ordered following outrage over cheating allegations. CBI investigations were conducted to trace the culprits involved in alleged NEET UG paper leak 2026.
Re NEET 2026 Exam Latest News: NTA Tightens SecurityÂ
As per media reports, the agency has completely rebuilt its internal protocols to regain student trust. Officials stated that they cannot afford to fail the students again for NEET 2026 retest. However, NTA is keeping its specific security a secret so that culprits cannot find new loopholes to tarnish the sanctity of the examination.
NTA has recently clarified that previous NEET 2026 paper leak was only partial. If the leak had happened at printing presses or banks, the entire question paper would have been compromised.Â
Meanwhile, NTA has also mentioned that they are not interfering NEET exam paper leak CBI probe and are currently focusing on June 21Â NEET retest with full security.
