UP NEET counselling 2025 round 3 seat allotment result date has been revised. As per the re-revised schedule, the allocation list may be published today or tomorrow, i.e. November 4 or 5, 2025.
Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) Uttar Pradesh has announced the UP NEET UG round 3 seat allotment result date 2025. Students who have participated in the counselling process for admission to the MBBS/ BDS programme in Uttar Pradesh state will be able to check their seat allotment results either today or tomorrow, i.e. November 4 or November 5, 2025.
The authorities have announced that the seat allotment result will be announced on upneet.gov.in. Several details, such as the name of the student, allotted institute, allotted course, and exam roll number, will be available on the seat allotment result PDF.

- Visit the official website - upneet.gov.in.
- Click on 'UP NEET MBBS/ BDS round 3 seat allotment' result link PDF
- Search for your name in the allocation result PDF.
- Download the seat allotment result PDF for future use.

Counseling will be held for allotment of 6,428 MBBS and 2,251 BDS seats in 32 medical and 23 dental colleges across the state. The seats will be allotted based on declared choice by candidate, availability of seats, reservation factor, NEET 2025 rank etc. A separate result PDF will be released for each round of UP NEET 2025 counselling.

- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 mark sheet
- A valid photo Id proof (Aadhaar card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Pan Card)

- Online registration slip Receipt depicting the successful deposition of security money

UP NEET counselling will be held by Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Lucknow. Candidates must note the whole counselling process will be held online for seat allotment.
