Uttar Pradesh NEET PG 2024 stray vacancy round choice filling and locking process is ongoing till February 20, 2025, in online mode at upneet.gov.in and the seat allotment results will be announced on February 22, 2025, including names and details of candidates provisionally selected for MD/ MS admission across the state.
Uttar Pradesh Director General of Medical Education (UPDGME) has started the UP NEET PG 2024 choice filling and locking process for the stray vacancy counselling round. Students who have submitted the registration fee and security deposit to enrol for UP NEET PG counselling process can now fill their preferences online at upneet.gov.in.
Meanwhile, the authorities have released the tentative seat matrix for UP NEET PG 2024 choice filling. Students who are willing to fill their choices are suggested to check the tentative vacant seats and fill their preferences accordingly.

The UP NEET PG 2024 stray vacancy round choice filling and locking process is ongoing till 5 PM on February 20. However, students are suggested not to wait for the UP NEET PG 2024 choice filling and locking last date and submit their preferences at the earliest possible.

Dates for UP NEET PG 2025 counselling round-3 have been released. Counselling registration began on January 2, 2026. Deadline for round-3 registration was January 5, 2026. Round-3 choices had to be declared from January 6 till January 9, 2026 but it was postponed. Revised dates for round-3 will be announced soon.
