UP NEET PG 2025 Round-3 Counselling Dates Revised Again; Check Details

UP NEET PG Round-3 Counselling 2025: The Director General Medical Education and Training has revised the schedule of round 3 in accordance with re-revised schedule of Medical Counseling Committee for admission to MD, MS, Diploma and DNB courses based on NEET PG scores.
According to the revised schedule, currently online choice filling is going on from February 6, 2026. It will end on February 13, 2026. The allotment result will be declared on February 16, 2026. The students will be able to download the allotment letters from February 16 to February 19, 2026.
The registration window for round 3 was closed on February 5, 2026. Students registered on official page - upneet.gov.in.ย
UP NEET PG Round 3 2025 Choice Filling Details
Only students who have successfully registered for round 3 counselling are eligible for online choice filling. To fill their choices, they need to login to his/her registered account. Students can fill choices at any number of times hence they must save changes every time they enter a choice to avoid losing data. It is mandatory to click on submit and lock otherwise they will not be considered for seat allotment.
Documents Needed for UP NEET PG 2025 Counselling ย
The following documents are required for the round 3 counselling - NEET PG 2025 result/scorecard, NEET PG 2025 admit card, Class X certificate, MBBS degree passing certificate, MBBS Marksheets, copy of duly filled application form of UP NEET 2025 counselling, Permanent/provisional Registration Certificate, issued by MCI/SMC, Internship Completion Certificate, Disability Certificate, Employers Relieving Certificate, Caste/Community Certificate, Allotment letter and Copy of the State Merit List.
