UP NEET UG counselling 2025 round 5 registration link is active at upneet.gov.in till 2 PM on December 12. The merit list will be declared on the same date. The UP NEET UG round 5 choice filling and locking process will be ongoing between December 12 to 15, 2025, at the official website.
The Directorate of Medical Education and Training has started the round 5 counselling process for UP NEET UG counselling 2025. As per the official schedule, the UP NEET UG counselling registration link will remain active till December 12, 2025. The online counselling registration process, along with security fee payment will remain ongoing till 2 PM. Meanwhile, the merit list of UP NEET UG counselling 2025 will also be released on December 12, 2025, for all candidates.

- Fill registration form using personal, academic and other important details
- Login to fill details including photograph, a signature and a thumb impression.
- Pay UP NEET counselling 2025 registration fee in online mode.
- Check all added details carefully and submit UP NEET UG counselling registration form 2025.
