AIIMS BSc Nursing Counselling Schedule 2025: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced the BSc Nursing counselling dates for the academic session 2025 in online mode at the official website. The AIIMS BSc Nursing counselling dates 2025 have been announced for two rounds of the counselling process. Students who have qualified the BSc Nursing entrance examination for admission to AIIMS campuses across India can check AIIMS BSc Nursing counselling schedule PDF 2025 to know the registration dates, seat allotment dates and document verification dates.

Q:   When will AIIMS BSc Nursing counselling will start?
A: 

The AIIMS BSc Nursing counselling registration or choice filling process started on July 11, 2025. Two rounds of counselling were conducted, which were scheduled till August 7, 2025. Applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria were allowed to appear for the counselling process. Eligible applicants had to appear in the counselling by visiting the official website. 

 

Q:   Can I get admission in AIIMS Delhi without NEET?
A: 

The answer will be both yes and no. Getting into AIIMS Delhi without NEET is possible if applying for courses such as BSc, MSc, PB BSc Nursing, MD, MS, DM and MCh, among various others, apart from MBBS. Admission to all these courses is either subject to an institute-specific entrance exam or INICET.

However, if the ultimate objective is to crack AIIMS New Delhi for MBBS, a student has to go through the NEET UG entrance exam followed by the counselling process. If the ranking and score obtained in the exam match with the minimum requirement of the institution, the student will get admission here for MBBS, otherwise not. 

Q:   How can I do MSc from AIIMS Delhi?
A: 

AIIMS Delhi offers a wide range of MSc in Nursing, MSc and MBiotechnology courses to students at the PG level. The qualification required to pursue different MSc courses at AIIMS Delhi are as follows:

  • For MSc Nursing: Candidates must have completed BSc (Hons) Nursing/ BSc Nursing (Post-Certificate)/ Post-Basic /BSc Nursing (4 years) course from any recognised university from an educational institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council with 60% at least aggregate for Gen/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS candidates (55% aggregate in case of SC/ST candidates). Additionally, they must have registered as a Nurse, RN, RM (Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife) with any State Nursing Council.  
  • For MBiotechnology: Like other MSc courses, candidates must have completed a relevant degree or BTech (Biotechnology) with 60% aggregate. 
  • For MSc Courses: A pass in BSc with science (Biology compulsory) or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate.

Final selection to all the above MSc and MBiotech courses is subject to an Institute-level Entrance Exam conducted by AIIMS New Delhi. 

Students willing for AIIMS BSc Nursing admission 2025 at campuses in New Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Bhatinda, Bilaspur, Bibinagar, Deoghar, Bhopal, Kalyani, Nagpur, Mangalagiri, Patna, Gorakhpur, Jodhpur, Raipur, Rishikesh and Raebareli have to appear for the counselling process in order to secure a seat at the BSc Nursing programme.
