AIIMS Delhi, the official exam conducting body for the AIIMS nursing exam, has started the AIIMS BSc Nursing Registration on April 8, 2025. Candidates can apply for the BSc entrance exam online through the official website, ugcourses.aiimsexams.ac.in. Initially, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, opened the registration window for Basic registration. The last date to apply for basic registration is May 7, 2025. The AIIMS nursing entrance exam notification has been released at aiimsexams.ac.in. AIIMS Delhi is yet to release the exam prospectus for the applicants.
The AIIMS BSc (Hons) nursing programme is a UG degree programme for four years. The BSc (Post-Basic) UG degree programme for two years. To pursue BSc (Hons) in nursing, candidates must complete the minimum eligibility requirements, including passing class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as necessary subjects.
The AIIMS BSc (Hons) nursing exam will be held on June 1, 2025. The AIIMS BSc (Post-Basic) nursing exam will be held on June 21, 2025. It is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) which will be held on held at the designated test centres in India.

AIIMS BSc (Hons) Nursing Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must have secured the minimum aggregate mark required in the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2 or equivalent, for B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing. A basic requirement is 55% for Gen/OBC (NCL)/EWS (50% in case of SCs/STs categories) in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
The applicant must have attained the age of 17 (seventeen) years as on the 31st of December of the year of admission (2025).
The authorities released a notice which mentioned the deadline for the AIIMS BSc registration porcess. Applicants were allowed to do the basic registration till May 7, 2025. While the code generation and final registration started on April 17, 2025. The last date for submission of AIIMS nursing basic application form was May 15, 2025.
The AIIMS BSc Nursing 2026 application process will be done completely online. No offline application forms will be available at any AIIMS campus or bank branches. Candidates will have to apply for the nursing entrance test through the official website of AIIMS Delhi, aiimsexams.ac.in, or can directly reach bsccourses.aiimsexams.ac.in to apply for the BSc nursing exam. Before registering for the exam, candidates are advised to keep the following details ready

- Valid Photo ID
- Scanned/digital image of a recent colour-size photograph,
- Image of signature
- Image of Left thumb impression
- Unreserved category students should keep ready the Category Certificate and PWBD (Persons With Benchmark Disability) Certificate.
